John Chavez iMATCH Project Director

John first had a vision of what was possible with Accounts Payable automation in 2002. With a core group of developers who have remained on the project from the beginning, the vision has come to life. With the help and support of the excellent staff surrounding John, DOCUMAX is delivering the technology to the market.

John has over 25 years experience in developing solutions to common business problems using first Computer Assisted Retrieval technology and then document imaging along with all manner of enabling technologies.

James Coke, CPIM Project Manager & Consultant

James serves both as a project manager and process consultant on customer engagements. James works with the customer to document desired business practices so applied technologies enable optimal workflow processing. When appropriate, James coordinates delivery of the complete customer solution.

James has over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant working with firms in a wide variety of industries. James specializes in finance and supply chain operations improvement, and brings a strong orientation to the discipline of Business Process Management (BPM). James is professionally credentialed by APICS - American Production and Inventory Control Society as a CPIM - Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager.
